RALPH W. KAISER JR., 72 FREEPORT - Ralph W. Kaiser, Jr., 72, of Freeport, died Tuesday, April 28, 2015, at FHN Memorial Hospital. Born December 11, 1942, in Freeport; the son of Ralph W. and Marjorie I. (Smith) Kaiser, Sr. Ralph worked at Micro Switch for 26 1/2 years. Ralph was an avid Tony Stewart fan. Surviving are his children, Scott A. (Deanna) Kaiser of Salida, Colorado, Stacey L. Kaiser of Freeport, and Steffanie S. (Eric) Zimmerman of Rock Grove; his brothers, Chuck (Sherri) Kaiser, David (Kim) Kaiser of Rockford, and Robert (Janice) Kaiser of Lena; 4 granddaughters, Ashley (Andrew) Smith, Chesley (Ben) Scheid, Sydney Curtis, and Madison Kaiser; 2 great-grandsons, Owen and Douglas Smith; and his girlfriend, Pam Milliken of Freeport. He was preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Sharon; and brother, Roger. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Monday, May 4, 2015, at Walker Mortuary. Visitation will be 9 a.m. until time of service Monday at Walker Mortuary. Burial will be in the Oakland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established.
